Martin Luther Campus has been providing service to seniors for over 50 years, offering a continuum of services to help older adults live a more independent, healthful, secure and meaningful life. The Campus is in a serene neighborhood on the Minnesota River Bluffs, but is conveniently located just minutes from the airport and the Mall of America. The campus offers assisted living, long-term skilled nursing, memory care, short-term rehabilitation and adult day programs.

ASSISTED LIVING

Meadow Woods Assisted Living Residence provides spacious private apartments to those 62 years and older seeking independence, personal care and safety plus a wide range of programs to stay active and involved. Residents enjoy three family-style meals daily, plus have access to housekeeping, linen services, as well as around-the-clock, on-site staffing. Assistance with bathing, grooming, medication management, and many other health services are available.

The Bridgeway Transitional Care Unit provides patients with customized programs that include extensive physical and occupational therapy, helping to pave the way for a safe and speedy recovery after surgery, a serious fall, illness or stroke. Highly skilled therapists assist patients to stabilize and manage wounds, nutrition, diabetes or intravenous medication.

LONG-TERM CARE / SKILLED NURSING
The Care Center provides skilled care for residents who need daily assistance and ongoing medical attention or therapy. Our long-term care neighborhoods allow residents to live life to the fullest by taking part in art and music therapy, activities and spiritual care.

MEMORY CARE
The Campus offers two options for families looking for a safe and caring environment for those with memory loss. Meadow Song Memory Care offers a secure, apartment style type of setting within the Meadow Woods Assisted Living residence while the Care Center’s memory care “neighborhoods” provide spacious rooms that can be furnished to feel like home. Both provide a variety of therapeutic and social activities.

ADULT DAY PROGRAMS
The Day Centers both on the Martin Luther Campus and at the Creekside Community Center offer seniors living at home affordable alternatives to home care. With door to door transportation available to each, the Campus and Creeksdie Clubs offer participants a lively environment that encourages independence and wellness while providing caregivers a well deserved respite.
