Our Community

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Plymouth, Cornerstone Assisted Living is near shopping, restaurants, churches, entertainment, and professional services, and our scheduled transportation can take you there.

Inside, you’ll find a large lobby with welcoming fireside lounge to relax or join in good conversation with friends. Or, you can choose the sunporch to socialize. The Lexington room can host larger events such as parties, musical performances, speakers, and other activities. Franklin Hall is perfect for Bible studies, crafts, games, movies, or group exercise classes. Outside, walking paths skirt the natural marshland where you’ll see a variety of birds and wildlife.

You’ll enjoy carefree independence at Cornerstone. Choose from several private apartment styles including studio, one-bedroom, or two- bedroom floor plans. Each apartment has a full kitchen, accessible bathroom with walk-in showers, and ample

storage space. Complimentary laundry rooms are centrally located on each floor.

You will no longer need to worry about home chores—all maintenance will be done for you. Utilities including heat, electricity, WiFi internet, water, and trash are provided, and telephone and satellite television hook-ups are available. Weekly housekeeping, flat linens, and scheduled transportation are also included.

You’ll have a well-equipped kitchen, but why cook? Delicious meals with menu choices are professionally made for you three times daily and served in our dining room. Our baby grand player piano adds gracious ambiance to your dining experience. Also, the Concord Room is available for your private parties to dine with family and friends.

Special extras are offered such as services in our on-site beauty salon/barber to help you look your best. You may also choose a soothing massage in our private massage room to help you feel your best, too!

Life at Cornerstone Assisted Living

You have the freedom to spend your days as you wish. You can be as busy as you like, and choices are many. Maybe after breakfast, you’ll join others for morning exercises, followed by a group game or coffee in the lounge to discuss the news of the day. Lunch always brings seasonal fresh foods and a delicious menu variety including traditional favorites such as roast turkey with gravy, pot roast, or a savory ham. We also create new and exciting culinary features to keep taste buds entertained.

Your afternoon could be filled with games, Bible bingo, conversation groups, a movie, birthday party, entertainment, or a group bus trip. A delicious dinner awaits when you return.

Our Chapel features an inspiring, curved wall of stained glass windows and hosts non- denominational worship services and Catholic Mass. Weekly, you can participate in Bible study and conversation time with our Chaplain, who is also available for residents, families, and staff individual spiritual care needs.
