Whether an elderly adult or persons with disabilities, we’re here to help.

Travel Assistance CareMinders Home Care is also unquely positioned to provide door-to-door travel assistance for those in need of help. Whether a senior or a person with disabilities needs assistance re-locating, we work to ensure continuity of care while focusing on a safe and smooth transition into their new environment. We are here to help.

Attendant Care Services include, but are not limited to:

Pick up and/or drop off of client at specified locations
Transportation to and from hotel, home and/or event
Travel companionship whether by plane, train or automobile
Travel arrangements that best meet the client’s medical, physical and social needs – including airport navigation and coordination of appropriate services upon arrival
Ensuring client is properly bathed, dressed and groomed prior to an event
Ensure client has eaten if appropriate
Ensure client has taken their medications as properly prescribed
Escort client to the event and attend to as needed

Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and range from a single visit to 24 hour care.
